Gateway Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1988 as a technology consulting firm. Originally we provided technical staff to most of the major IBM shops in the Baltimore area.
After a few years we realized that we needed a CRM solution for our own business. We searched and found GoldMine which at the time was the most advanced CRM product available.
Over 20 years later we are still supporting the GoldMine family of products and as a result have become quite proficient in CRM, Sales Management, and Customer Service applications.
Now we are branching into the next wave of Social Networking and Social CRM.
