After spending a long time in the leisure industry in Thailand, K. Suphanapat discovered that there were several things in that industry that could be improved upon and she began to look around for robust CRM solutions, which would work in the Asian markets. After having worked with a few of the main players, her choice fell on Nimble Social CRM, because it is very easy to show the users what benefits they gain from a socially integrated solution.
