James McCracken, Managing Director
Originally from Canada, James has been based in Thailand since 1994. Whilst in Canada, James was responsible for the setup and operation of the country’s first Outsourced Call Centre. It was during this time that James developed a passion for IT systems and process design. 

James has continued to assist companies develop CRM solutions and redefine business processes for enhancing customer relationships and increasing overall customer satisfaction and profits.

James has worked with clients around the globe, including Canada, Thailand, Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East and India. Implementing solutions for Multinational companies including Pizza Hut, KFC, HaagenDazs, Chevron, BMW, Toyota, Honda, Juniper Networks, Brother Thailand, Monash University, Wall Street Institute, TMB Bank and Bangkok Hospital.
