Our Business Development Director and lead consultant for Social CRM and Social Selling is Mark Stonham.

Mark has over 25 years’ experience in front-line sales and marketing roles, primarily in the B2B market. He has helped many businesses select and implement marketing and sales solutions including CRM, email marketing, and social media.

Based in Bristol, UK, Mark has been an active user of CRM and Social Media for many years as part of his many roles. He has significant first hand experience of B2B and B2SME marketing and sales.

He guides clients along the journey to achieve the benefits and overcome the issues involved with selecting, implementing and using various marketing and sales applications, particularly Social Media, Website CMS, email marketing and CRM.

Mark has developed a framework to quickly identify where benefits can be achieved, for example by improving the usage of existing systems or by introducing new facilities or applications.
