Mr. Lejfer is the Co-Founder & President of Harvest Solutions. Prior to co-founding Harvest Solutions, he was the Founder and President of Success Automation, a nationally recognized CRM consulting & training organization. He has been a featured speaker on the benefits of CRM and Sales Force Automation at many conferences throughout the country including INC Magazine CRM Conference, DCI CRM Conference, FrontRange Software Annual Conference, and SalesLogix Annual Conference. He has been covered in over 100 publications including the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Boston Business Journal, CRM Magazine, Selling, and numerous business radio programs. He has also served on the Business Advisory Council for Frontrange and Sage Software.

Sid is extremely active in community affairs, serving on the Board of Directors for American Jewish Committee, American Technion Society, New England Holocaust Memorial, Hebrew College, and Congregation Mishkan Tefila. He is the President of the American Technion Society – New England and recently elected to the National Board of Directors.

Jay Rivard

James (Jay) Rivard is the Salesforce.com Practice Director at Harvest Solutions. In this role, Jay oversees Harvest Solutions’ Salesforce.com consulting practice, including new business development, client acquisition and retention, project management, maintaining Harvest’s technology capabilities, staffing and conducting both internal and client training programs.

Jay has over 22 years of experience in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry. A co-founder and Principal at Harvest Solutions since 2001, he is proud of his very high customer satisfaction and successful Salesforce adoption rates. He attributes Harvest Solutions’ strong industry reputation to Saleforce.com’s measurable ROI and the fact that each member of his team has significant experience in CRM.

Jay is a Salesforce.com Certified Consultant, a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and is trained in ApexMobile.  Among his extensive marketing, technical and consulting experience, he has served as Siebel Practice Director, GoldMine Practice Director, and ACT! Practice Director. His product experience includes Siebel, SalesLogix, GoldMine, QuoteWerks, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

His clients are primarily high tech, insurance and financial services firms, though his team is also actively engaged with non-profits and Community Redevelopment Organizations.

Jay has a BS in Urban Studies from Worcester State College. He lives in Lunenburg, MA with his wife and three children. He has a 2nd degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate, and is on the Board of Directors at the Family Martial Arts Center in Fitchburg, MA. He can occasionally be seen on the roads of Western Massachusetts riding his BMW motorcycle.

William (Bill) Goulette is the Practice Director for Dynamics CRM and Integration at Harvest Solutions. Bill specializes in helping clients understand their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes from pre-sales all the way to closure.

Bill has 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, IT and Customer Service. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Dynamics, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, a Salesforce Certified Administrator, a Salesforce Certified Consultant and a Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer.

His product expertise includes Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com, Scribe, CastIron, Boomi, Crystal Reports, CrystalReports.com, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Server 2003 – 2008, and Microsoft Office.

At Harvest Solutions, Bill has held a number of roles, including Senior Business Analyst, Developer, and Project Manager. This background allows him to develop full-spectrum CRM solutions for clients including NetSmart and Crystal Financial.

Prior to Harvest Solutions, Bill held Senior Consultant positions at both Navint and Surebridge, and was an Internal Applications Manager at ManagedOps.com. He also served four years in the United States Armed Forces, where he was a member of the honor guard.

Bill takes his commitment to service seriously in his personal life. He is an active member of his church community. Bill lives with his wife and four children. He is both a foster and adoptive parent.

Mike Melcher, Senior CRM Consultant

Mike Melcher is a Senior CRM Consultant & Developer at Harvest Solutions. With over 20 years of experience, Mike has been a member of the Harvest Solutions team since 2006. His primary focus is Salesforce.com implementations and developing custom solutions for clients such as HD Supply.

Mike is a Certified Salesforce.com Consultant, a Certified Force.com Developer, and holds additional certifications with Scribe Insight. At Harvest, Mike has served as a consultant and a developer. In addition to his general Force.com consulting work, Mike works as a CRM consultant, delivering customizations and training for Harvest’s clients.

He draws on his extensive background in relational databases, database design, database administration, system integration, and web technology to streamline his clients’ Salesforce.com solutions. He is fluent in numerous development languages, most recently working in Apex and Visual Force. Currently, Mike has specialized in the manufacturing, printing and warehouse distribution industries.

Prior to Harvest Solutions, Mike was the Owner of Capshore technologies, a privately held computer software consultancy. A life-long high achiever, Mike has held positions in IT including programmer, database administrator, system architect, and IT management.

Mike earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Florida. He lives in Melbourne Beach, Florida with his 3 children. He is a long board surfer, and is currently in the market for a new sailboat.

Cathy Boudreau, Marketing

Cathy Boudreau is a Principal and Social Media and Marketing Specialist at Harvest Solutions. She is responsible for all Harvest Solution’s marketing efforts, including Harvest Solutions’ website, their Social Media outreach, in addition to their online and in-person events.

Cathy’s has fourteen years experience in sales and marketing. She has certifications in HubSpot Inbound Marketing and as a SalesLogix Certified Enterprise Consultant.

At Harvest Solutions, Cathy has acted as a SalesLogix Technical Consultant, a Project Manager, and the Sales & Marketing Coordinator. She has has designed and run CRM Training Programs, and implemented SalesLogix CRM solutions for clients. She also has in-depth product familiarity with Vertical Response, Constant Contact, Timba Surveys, and HubSpot.

She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and resides in North Andover, MA with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and fitness activities. Cathy and her family have season tickets to both the Red Sox and the Patriots, and they travel to enjoy a game in one new professional stadium every year.

Karen Holt, Social CRM Consultant

Karen Holt is a Client Success Specialist at Harvest Solutions. Karen specializes in helping clients understand the benefits of Social Relationship Management with Nimble CRM. In this role, Karen will be building and nurturing client relationships, uncovering new consulting engagement opportunities to help clients achieve the highest adoption of the Nimble application.

Prior to joining Harvest Solutions in 2011, Karen was a Senior Consultant with a technology consulting firm for LexisNexis InterAction CRM. She was responsible for guiding financial services and professional consulting clients through requirements gathering, design, configuration, data migration and deployment of their CRM solution, and uncovering new opportunities for product expansion. Karen is an InterAction Certified Administrator.

Karen brings over 25 years of experience providing pre and post sales software application support and training, project and product management for client/server and web-based hosted solutions in desktop publishing, document management, and real-time news distribution. Her passion for building trusted relationships and achieving customer satisfaction has been recognized by co-workers who see her as an “exceptional people person” driving projects from initiation to completion.

Karen earned her business degree at Bryant College, Rhode Island, continues her professional development in Social Media communications, inbound marketing and CRM solutions. You will see her on power walks with her two Labrador retrievers in the historic seaport town of Newburyport, MA, where she and her husband live and enjoy the rich history on the shores of the Merrimack River and Atlantic. Karen is involved with non-profit local historical societies and preservation groups and is actively involved with the restoration of an 1822 Powder House historic landmark in Newburyport.
